(20th Century Fox, 1980) Original color 14 x 36 insert movie poster for the 1980 space opera The Empire Strikes Back, which features Roger Kastel’s famous ‘Gone With the Wind’ style artwork of Hans Solo, Princess Leia, Luke Skywalker on a tauntaun, R2-D2, C-3PO, and Chewbacca below a large image of Darth Vader’s upper helmet, with upper text reading: “The Star Wars Saga Continues.” Lower portion contains cast and crew credits, production details, and “PG” rating; and the bottom border features NSS information and is identified as “800001.” In very good to fine condition, with stains to the bottom edge, staple holes to borders, and creasing to left edge, which also bears a small tear.
