Stock certificate for 500 shares in the Short Route Railway Transfer Company of Louisville, Kentucky. Signed at the conclusion by Collis P. Huntington as the company's president. The certificate bears a handsome vignette of a locomotive to the upper portion. In fine condition, with small cancellation holes impinging on the signature.
