Official third-place winner's diploma from the Torino 2006 Winter Olympics, 8.25 x 11.75, awarded to Czechoslovakia ice hockey player Petr Cajanek. Complete with its original matching folder. A former professional ice hockey forward who played for four seasons on the St. Louis Blues in the NHL, Cajanek, in addition to his bronze Olympic medal, attained three gold medals at the Ice Hockey World Championships (2000, 2001, 2005).
