Interest note in the amount of ten shillings, in part: "I hereby certify that Colo Josiah Starr is entitled to receive the Sum of Ten Shillings Lawful Money, [out of an]y Funds appropriated for the Payment of Inter[est on the li]quidated Debt of the State of Connecticut." In fine condition, with a large circular cancellation cut.
