Huge color 23 x 30 print of Truman's official White House portrait painted by Greta Kempton, signed in the lower border in fountain pen, "To Julius Freelander, kind regards from Harry S. Truman, 10-15-63." Also bears a facsimile signature to the lower right corner. In very good to fine condition, with creasing and tears to the bottom, and the handwriting slightly faded. For Truman's official portrait, he asked that his image emphasize his legislative career rather than his executive one—hence the US Capitol in the background.
