The earlier letter, in full: “I would appreciate it if you could please work with Mr. Bill Kling at John’s offices on any Press releases, be it either personal or anything to do with my work. I would like Chen to be kept informed as the final decision rests with me. There are certain political implications which can come up, therefore it is necessary that you and Bill work together.” The second letter, in full: “The Senator and I would like to express our warm thanks for the very beautiful gift that you sent us. We would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your family oceans of love, success and happiness for the coming year.” In overall fine condition.
