Among his most recognizable works are the Royal Pavilion at Brighton, the Marble Arch in London, and the enlargement of Buckingham Palace. Third-person ALS, one page, 3.75 x 4.5, May 16, 1827. Third-person handwritten letter from his home at "14 Regent Street," which he designed and built in 1819-1823, in full: "Mr. Nash requests that Mr. Wainwright will call upon him tomorrow morning at nine o'clock." Addressed on the integral leaf in Wainwright's hand. In very good to fine condition, with seal-related paper loss, and clipped corners, adhesive remnants, and a rusty circular paperclip impression to the integral leaf.
