Endorsement signature, "Brigham Young," on the reverse of a 4.75 x 7.75 manuscript check. Tastefully double-matted and framed with a cabinet photograph of “Brigham Young and His Wives” to an overall size of 20.5 x 18.5. In very good to fine condition, with intersecting folds, a stain to the lower left edge, and strikethrough ink cancellations to the otherwise fully visible signature. Our research indicates that this check was made out to Young by John B. Price for £100 on July 14, 1874.
