Certificate headed "New York State 5 Per Cent Stock," in part: "Be it Known, That the People of the State of New York, owe to the Treasurer in trust for the W. S. Dep. Fund or his Assigns, the Sum of One thousand five hundred dollars." Signed at the conclusion by Fillmore as comptroller. In very good to fine condition, with light overall creasing, and small cancellation holes touching the signature.
