Estimate: $500+

Description

Vintage matte-finish 7.75 x 9.75 close-up photo of MacArthur in uniform, signed and inscribed in fountain pen, "To Fred Kemp, With cordial regard, Douglas MacArthur, Tokyo 1949.” In very good to fine condition, with toning and rippling to the edges. After WWII, MacArthur's headquarters were located in Tokyo, where he helped Japan to rebuild itself following the devastation of war.
