Images include Glenn in his Mercury flight suit with the Friendship 7 capsule; pre-launch activities including medical checks, suit-up procedures, a pre-flight meal, studying maps with Deke Slayton, and a telephone call; the MA-6 liftoff; and recovery by the USS Noa. In overall fine condition.
