Fluorescent red plastic North American Rockwell streamer used on an Apollo Command/Service Module, 3 x 12, marked “Remove Before Flight” and numbered “DTT 576118,” with upper portion annotated in felt tip, “D.” Reverse is stamped: “Apollo CSM, If found, place in envelope and deposit in U.S. mail addressed to North American Rockwell Corp.” In fine condition. These tags were made from plastic, as cloth tags would generate small particles that could contaminate the spacecraft. Original numbered examples are quite uncommon.
