Document from a "Minutes of a Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of WED Enterprises, Inc.," which confirms the election of the following officers: Walter E. Disney as Chairman of the Board, William H. D. Cottrell as President, Diane D. Miller as First Vice President, Sharon D. Brown as Second Vice President, and Royal Clark as Secretary and Treasurer. Signed neatly at the conclusion in black ballpoint by Disney, and countersigned by Clark as secretary. In fine condition. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from JSA, and by a certificate of authenticity from Phil Sears Collectibles.
