Handwritten lyrics by Dee Dee Ramone for the song ‘I’m Making Monsters for My Friends,’ unsigned, penned in blue and black ballpoint on an off-white 7.75 x 10.5 notebook page. Ramone writes the title above, “I Am Making Monsters For My Friends,” and the lyrics below, in full: “everybody said so man, you could see it on TV, they stood there dazed, with no where to go/ nobody wants them now, the kids are allright, everyday is a Holliday, and pushen people arround / someone caught one, I could see so my self, I had to call 254, they would blame me / I am making monster’s, for my friends, I am making monster’s, for my friends.” In fine condition. Although Dee Dee had left the Ramones following 1989's Brain Drain, ¡Adios Amigos! features six of his compositions, including three that were previously released, including 'I’m Making Monsters for My Friends,' which was originally recorded for the 1994 album I Hate Freaks Like You, which Dee Dee performed with I.C.L.C.
