ALS signed “Th. T. Tucker,” one page, 8 x 6.5, May 11, 1803. Handwritten to David Harris, cashier of the Office of Discount and Deposit in Baltimore, in full: "I have received your favor of 9th Inst. & am much obliged to you for the trouble you were so good as to take of delivering the Packet to Mr. Mason, the receipt of which he immediately acknowledged." Tucker addresses the reverse in his own hand, and incorporates his franking signature in the upper right corner. In very good to fine condition, with paper loss to the lower edge, and old tape along the back of fold separations.
