Partly-printed DS, signed "Elizabeth R," one page, 21 x 16.5, February 9, 1953. The queen appoints Frank Martin Taylor, Esquire "to be our Vice-Consul, to reside at Stockholm." Signed in the upper right by the queen, and countersigned at the bottom by Anthony Eden. In fine condition, with intersecting folds. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
