Rolled and in very good to fine condition, with scattered light creasing. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from noted music promoter Danny Zelisko, who states that he obtained these signatures in person on June 6, 1999, at the band's concert at the Mesa Amphitheatre in Mesa, Arizona, during their Celebrity Skin Tour.
