(Walt Disney Studios, 1940) Rare original production cels of Pinocchio and a group of Cossack marionettes from Pinocchio, which shows the boy-puppet surrounded by several strung soldier puppets during the memorable 'I've Got No Strings' musical sequence. The cels have been trimmed and applied to an airbrushed background as prepared by Courvoisier Galleries for sale. Total character image measures 7.25 x 7.75, which fills the entirety of the mat opening. Handsomely double-matted and framed to an overall size of 16 x 16.5. The piece has the original Disney Courvoisier Galleries label on the reverse. In fine condition, with some slight toning to paint and wear to reverse label.
