Schafer,” one page, 4.25 x 7, personal letterhead, October 26, 1894. Letter to Dr. Allchin, in part: "The plan you suggest is a charming one and we will look forward to carrying it out when you return. We were very sorry to have happened to be out when you called in the summer: in the future you must not come on the off chance of finding us at home." In fine condition.
