Keith Hernandez's game-used circa 1976 Hillerich & Bradsby Louisville Slugger M110 personal model baseball bat, featuring the bicentennial brand (Liberty Bell with baseball bat and "1776-1976, National Pastime") and his facsimile signature on the barrel; also signed later in black felt tip. The flame-burned ash bat measures 34.5″ long, weighs 33.1 ounces, and has his number ("37") written on the knob in black felt tip. It has a professionally repaired crack to the handle, and exhibits outstanding evidence of use with a heavy pine tar coating, many ball marks and stitch impressions, red bat rack streaks, and an impression from a weighted batting donut. Accompanied by a letter of grading and authenticity from PSA/DNA, grading it as "PSA/DNA GU 10." Hernandez spent his first full season in the big leagues in 1976, hitting .289 with 7 homers for the St. Louis Cardinals.
