Adrian Spears, in part: "Thank you for your telegram regarding the budget request of $100,000 for the San Antonio River project. The Senate Committee has not as yet made its report on the bill. As you are probably aware, the House Appropriations Committee eliminated the item. I'm hopeful that we may secure approval in the Senate, and that in conference the House Conferees may be agreeable to accepting the appropriation." In fine condition, with trimmed edges.
