Description

Dutch doctor (1860-1927) who invented the first practical electrocardiogram, receiving the Nobel Prize for Medicine in 1924. ALS in German, signed “W. Einthoven,” one page, 5.5 x 3.5, January 15, 1910. Letter to his colleague Paul Hertz, a German physicist and philosopher of science, written from Leiden, sending thanks for a very interesting scientific work. In fine condition.
