Three rare one-of-a-kind items pertaining to Monroe's lease of actress Leonora Corbett's apartment at the Waldorf Astoria in New York City: a document sent to Leonora Corbett by Milton Greene, signed by both parties, one page, 8.5 x 11, April 5, 1955, in part: "This will confirm that we agree to sublet your furnished Apartment #27-28 in the Waldorf-Towers for the use of Miss Marilyn Monroe"; a Marilyn Monroe Productions, Inc. check made payable to Leonora Corbett for $1200, October 25, 1955, signed by Milton Greene and endorsed twice on the reverse by Corbett; and a Waldorf-Astoria invoice for purchases made by Monroe during May 1955, listing phone, sundries, and restaurant charges associated with Monroe’s suite.
