Unusual vintage matte-finish 5.5 x 7.5 photo of McKinley, displayed in a 10 x 12 mat, signed on the mat in ink, "William McKinley," with an inscription in another hand, "Many happy birthdays, for Ida F. Dumont, November 1st, 1900." The image has an interesting three-dimensional quality, with the face and chest raised from the background. Framed and in very good to fine condition, with some scored lines to the surface of the mat.
