Two scarce monthly issues of The Beatles Book from June and August 1967, Nos. 47 and 49, both 31 pages, 6 x 8.25, published by Beat Publications. The front and back covers to the earlier “Sgt. Pepper Special” issue depict the band in their costumes from the Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band album, and the later issue features George Harrison and John Lennon on the front and back covers. In overall very good to fine condition, with mottled staining, creasing, and a tear to the Harrison cover.
