Agreement between Flash Cadillac & The Continental Kids and Coppola Cinema Seven, in part: "We hereby, jointly and severally, waive any and all rights, if any, which we may have to receive credit on the screen for our services rendered in connection with the film entitled 'Apocalypse Now'…We understand that it is your intention to provide credit on a printed program rather than on the screen in certain showings of the Film." Signed at the conclusion by band members Warren Knight, Sam McFadin, Linn Phillips III, Kris Moe, Dwight Bement, and Paul Wheatbread. In fine condition. Flash Cadillac's cover of 'Suzie Q' featured prominently on the film's memorable soundtrack.
