The purpose of the plan is to encourage and reward you as an individual whose role is considered critical to our success in 1983. The amount of the possible target is determined by our sales and profit performance. Your actual bonus will be determined by your success in achieving your 1983 goals and objectives and your support of Apple Values. The determination of the bonus will be made after the close of the fiscal year in September and bonuses will be paid by December 1983." Signed at the conclusion in blue ink by Jobs.
