Memo issued by Steve Jobs to Jerry Manock under the subject "KEY EMPLOYEE BONUS 1983," in full: "You have been designated as a participant in the 1983 Key Employee Bonus Plan. The purpose of the plan is to encourage and reward you as an individual whose role is considered critical to our success in 1983. Your actual bonus will be determined by your success in achieving your 1983 goals and objectives and your support of Apple Values.
