A single unused catwalk jacket of ivory brocade. The open front was a signature of McQueen to follow the contours of the ribcage and emphasize the silhouette. Ruti shares that often McQueen would have the models hold the jackets in place across the breast-line when walking down the catwalk to draw attention to this detail. The fabric was upholstery fabric sourced by Ruti from John Lewis London Department Store for the McQueen studio.
