Letter to Mr. Cauldwell, in full: "I am having an exhibition of some of my pictures and drawings at Gillespie's and I am writing to you to whet your interest in the things recalling your very kind letter of some years back with regard to a water color you bought. There are a number of the smaller canvases that are city sights. I hope that you and your friends may be interested in the exhibition." In fine condition, with a short split along the hinge.
