Record sleeve signed and inscribed in black ballpoint, "To Jerry, Lee Kerslake," "Randy Rhoads," and "Bob Daisley," and in black felt tip, "Ozzy Osbourne." Rhoads also begins a signature on the right side, but strikes it through. In very good to fine condition, with overall creasing. Consignor notes that the sleeve originates from a Blizzard of Ozz album.
