First edition, limited issue of 595 copies printed. Boston: Little, Brown and Company, 1914. Hardcover, 5.25 x 7.75, 151 pages. Signed on the first free end page in pencil by Holt, "H. Holt, 1915." The last three endpapers also bear poetry penciled in Holt's hand. In very good condition, with dampstaining to the spine and front board.
