Graded by PSA NM 7. Offered is an appealing 1953 Topps Mantle baseball card sporting intense, bold colors which must be seen to be believed. This specimen, presenting the prized illustration of "The Mick" with crystal clarity, likely would have attained the NM/MT tier were it not for slight off-centering. The red caption block on the card front's lower left is wonderfully bright and nearly impeccable in its preservation. Brilliant, uninterrupted gloss adds to the card's un-circulated character, and its corners are nicely pointed in appearance. The reverse is clean and free of the issue's often-seen wax staining. Arguably the nicest 1953 Topps PSA NM 7 Mickey Mantle card on the planet. Razor sharp all around, with superb color, and high end visual appeal. High end for the grade, and rivaling most examples a full grade higher.
