Titled in the lower right corner, "Apollo Lunar Orbit Chart (ALO), Apollo Mission 14, Lunar Revolutions 1, 18, 20, and 34, January 31, 1971 Launch Date." Lithographed by ACIC 12-70, and prepared under the direction of the Department of Defense by the Aeronautical Chart and Information Center.
