Wonderful vintage circa 1963 official Beatles Fan Club promo card depicting Dezo Hoffmann's image of the group seated in their collarless suits, 5.5 x 4.25, signed and inscribed in bold blue ballpoint, "To Becky love from the Beatles, John Lennon, xxx," "George Harrison," "Love, Paul McCartney, xxx," and "Ringo Starr, xx." The card is affixed to a slightly larger pink album page, signed on the reverse in blue ballpoint by the five founding members of Freddie and the Dreamers: Freddie Garrity, Roy Crewdson, Derek Quinn, Peter Birrell, and Bernie Dwyer. In fine condition. A highly desirable example boasting excellent signature contrast. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from noted Beatles expert Frank Caiazzo, in part: "This card was signed by The Beatles in the Fall of 1963, shortly after the card was issued. This classic shot is one of the most desirable images to have autographed by The Beatles. These highly coveted Fan Club cards have become quite scarce over the past decade, and this is one of the better examples to appear anywhere in recent years."
