Image measures 7 x 6.5, with the cel trimmed and applied to a 16 x 12.5 celluloid sheet. In fine condition. The final and longest segment from Disney's Melody Time, the Pecos Bill cartoon was later edited on the film's NTSC video release to remove all parts with Bill smoking a cigarette, and then almost the entire tornado scene with Bill rolling his cigarette and lighting it with a lightning bolt. Such a distinction makes this offering a rare tobacco-friendly example of a Pecos Bill-Widowmaker cel.
