Subscription form for the purchase of an artist's proof of the engraving entitled 'The Lincoln Family in 1861,' signed by his secretary of state, "William H. Seward," top general, "U. S. Grant," and treasury secretary, "Hugh McCulloch." In fine condition, with a diagonal crease across the bottom. Accompanied by a modern copy of a different print framed to an overall size of 21 x 25. The print 'Lincoln Family in 1861,' painted by F. B. Carpenter and engraved by J. C. Buttre, was released during Grant's presidency in 1873. A fantastic Lincoln association piece.
