President Monroe grants George Mikesel a parcel of over 163 acres “of the Lands directed to be sold at Cincinnati.” Boldly signed at the conclusion by Monroe and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. The white paper seal affixed to the lower left remains fully intact. In very good to fine condition; Monroe’s signature is unusually bold and strong. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
