Agreement between Wayne and RKO Radio Pictures concerning an escrow loan “in the principal amount of $120,000,” signed at the conclusion in ink by John Wayne using his true name, “Marion M. Morrison,” his wife, “Esperanza Baur Morrison,” and an RKO assistant secretary. Also initialed on the first page by Wayne and his wife. In fine condition, with expected document wear. This variation of Wayne’s signature is very scarce in any format, and this is just the second such document we have offered—the other having been sold over a decade ago. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
