Official floater-style RIAA gold sales award presented "to Columbia Records to commemorate the sale of more than 500,000 copies of the Columbia Records long-playing record album 'Blood on the Tracks.'" Framed with its disc, plate, and album cover image to an overall size of 16.75 x 20.75. Award retains its original backing. In fine condition, with a block of red paint to the left side of the frame. Considered one of Dylan's best albums, Blood on the Tracks reached number one on the Billboard 200 charts and in 2003 was ranked number 16 on Rolling Stone's list of the 500 greatest albums of all time.
