Wonderful vintage matte-finish 11 x 14 bust-length portrait of Kennedy, signed and inscribed in the lower border in fountain pen, “To Judge Irving Kaufman, with the highest regard of his friend, Robert F. Kennedy.” In fine condition, with slight overall rippling and a small water stain touching the first letter of the signature. In 1961, Irving Kaufman was promoted to an appellate position on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit by President John F. Kennedy. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
