Roy Orbison’s stage-worn white leather belt given as a gift to fellow musician Carl Perkins. The belt measures 45″ long and 4″ wide with a hanging chain along the bottom edge, and is adorned with metal and turquoise decorations. Signed inside the buckle by the maker, “Hand made by Mike McGregor for Roy Orbison, 1977.” Accompanied by a letter of provenance from Carl Perkins’s son Stan, stating that his father “received this stage worn belt from Roy Orbison as a gift.”
