President Monroe grants Thomas O’Connor “a certain Tract of Land, containing three Hundred and twenty Acres…in the Territory of Missouri: North.” Signed at the conclusion by Monroe, and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Josiah Meigs. The white paper seal affixed to the lower left remains intact. In very good condition, with moderately heavy overall soiling. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
