President Monroe grants William Whitechurch a parcel of land in Kaskaskia, Illinois, “containing one Hundred and Sixty acres.” Signed at the conclusion by President Monroe and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. The seal affixed to the lower left remains mostly intact. In very good condition, with intersecting folds and moderate to heavy overall soiling. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
