Four standard AFTRA membership applications, signed by John Kay, Jerry Edmonton, Goldy McJohn, and George Biondo, each one page both sides, 6 x 8.75, dated April–September 1967. Representing members of the earliest incarnations of Steppenwolf, the musicians sign multiple times with both their stage and given names, with Kay also signing, “Joachim F. Krauledat,” Edmonton signing, “Gerald McCrohan,” and McJohn signing, “John Raymond Goadsby,” and Biondo signing, “George Biondo.” In overall fine condition, with expected document wear. This lineup ceased to exist in 1971 when McJohn left the band. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
