Ballpoint signatures of John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr on an off-white 6.5 x 8 sheet of letterhead featuring a red silhouette image of the Fab Four and the text, “From your area secretary of The Official Beatles Fan Club,” as well as its London address. A central horizontal fold and mild creases, otherwise fine condition. A visually appealing set of bold, uninscribed signatures on a band-related piece of ephemera—far more desirable than a typical album page or sheet. The signatures were obtained at the BBC Playhouse Theatre for the recording engineer’s daughter during the 1964 informative musical teenage radio program ‘Saturday Club.’ Research indicates that this is one of only a few examples signed on such letterhead to surface over the last 25 years.
