H. Glenn, Jr.,” “Gordon Cooper,” “Scott Carpenter,” and “W. M. Schirra.” Accompanied by an invitation to the Wright Memorial Dinner, held at the Washington Hilton Hotel’s International Ballroom on December 15, 1963, where the signatures were obtained.
