Signed on one side in black felt tip, “Used in training for Apollo 13, Fred Haise,” and “James Lovell.” Punch holes to one edge, light handling wear, and some mild contrast to signatures, otherwise fine condition. Accompanied by a photocopy of the front cover of the manual, which was notated “LMS2,” which refers to Lunar Module Simulator-2 where Haise and Lovell trained at Kennedy Space Center.
