NASA KSC PAO contracted (by blueprint) high fidelity, model mock-up of the Apollo A7L outer moon boot. Boot measures 12.75″ long, and is comprised of a one-piece rubber/silicone inner and outer sole, a Beta cloth throat which closes with two Velcro straps, and with several metal straps along the top edge. This boot was used by NASA’s PAO for public educational, space center lobby displays, and at the KSC's Spaceport USA now known as KSCVC.
