The first page contains reference to ”that portion of the minutes of this meeting relating to purchase of our requirements of miniature lamps is contained on pages 191 and 192 of the subdivision of this book.” Signed at the conclusion by Edison, his son Charles, and four other board members including Stephen B. Mambert and Harry F. Miller, and also signed by Secretary Arthur Mudd. The reverse references the acceptance of the resignation of Assistant Secretary F. W. Roh and is again signed by Edison and the other aforementioned directors. In fine condition, with wrinkling, toning, and a strip of adhesive on one side. Highly desirable twice-signed Edison document. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
