These particular checklist pages bear page numbers 4-5 and 4-6, and concern final preparations on the lunar surface prior to opening the LEM hatch and walking on the moon. The page starts at mission time 138:44 for the “Final Systems Prep,” and continues to “Helmet/Glove Donning (12 Min) at 138:51” providing step-by-step instructions for the astronauts to secure their helmets and gloves, as well as the safety checks. Final instructions at 139:07 is for “Cabin Depress (3 Min),” one of the final tasks before opening the hatch of the LEM on the lunar surface. The pages measure 5.5 x 8, and bear Gene Cernan’s signed flight certification stamp attesting to the fact this page was on the moon aboard the LM “Challenger.” Removably presented on a 13 x 19 color presentation bearing a photograph of Cernan holding the complete check list from which this page originated.
